Welcome to NETLICS. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NETLICS website, accounts, membership services, content collections, support channels and associated communities.

For these Terms, NETLICS, we, us and our refer to the operator of the NETLICS service, operating from the United States under the public-facing name Netlics Company. Netlics Company is a public-facing trade name and is not presented here as a separately incorporated legal entity.

By accessing or using NETLICS, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

1. Eligibility and adult-content notice

NETLICS is intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By accessing NETLICS, you confirm that:

You satisfy the applicable age requirement.
Adult-oriented content is lawful for you to access in your jurisdiction.
You are accessing the service voluntarily.
You will not allow a minor to access NETLICS through your account or device.

NETLICS may restrict or terminate access when the applicable age or eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

2. NETLICS accounts

Some features require a registered NETLICS account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and current account information.
Keep your password and account credentials confidential.
Maintain control of the email address associated with your account.
Notify NETLICS Support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, share or sublicense your NETLICS account without written authorization.

NETLICS may suspend or restrict an account when unauthorized sharing, fraud, abuse or a security risk is suspected.

3. Membership plans and access

NETLICS may offer membership plans that provide access to private communities, curated collections, updates, support or other benefits described on the current Membership and Join NETLICS pages.

Available plans, prices, payment methods and benefits may change as the service develops. The information displayed at the time you create a payment request or complete a third-party checkout applies to that transaction, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
Access may not be resold, shared or sublicensed.
Private links, invitations and credentials must remain confidential.
Membership does not transfer ownership of NETLICS content.
Access may require manual review or manual delivery of instructions.
Access may be suspended or revoked for violations of these Terms.

A completed payment review does not guarantee that every feature, community platform, collection or benefit will remain available permanently.

4. Elite Lifetime membership

Elite Lifetime is a one-time payment plan for continued member access during the operational lifetime of the applicable NETLICS membership service.

For these Terms, Lifetime means the period during which NETLICS continues to operate and provide the applicable membership service. It does not mean the lifetime of the member and does not guarantee that NETLICS, any third-party platform, community, benefit or specific item of content will exist permanently.

Elite Lifetime access may be reviewed and delivered manually. Access timing may depend on payment verification, account information, support communication and the availability of any third-party community platform.

Elite Lifetime access remains subject to:

These Terms of Use.
Applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
Continued operation of the NETLICS membership service.
Compliance with community, account-security and content-protection requirements.

Lifetime access may be suspended or revoked in cases including:

Fraud, chargeback or payment reversal.
Unauthorized redistribution of protected content.
Account, private-link or invitation sharing.
Attempts to bypass access controls.
Harassment, abuse or harmful conduct.
Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

NETLICS may reasonably modify how Lifetime benefits are delivered while seeking to preserve the core membership value where practical. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. USDT payments

NETLICS may make a manual USDT payment route available to eligible signed-in users.

Each active payment request displays the required asset, network, amount, public receiving address and Payment ID. You are responsible for checking all of this information before sending funds.

Send funds only through the network shown in the active payment request. For example, when a request specifies TRON (TRC20), do not send through Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana or another network.

USDT exists on multiple blockchain protocols. A transfer sent through an unsupported network, to an incorrect address or in an incorrect asset may be impossible to recover.

Blockchain transfers are performed through external wallets, exchanges and networks. NETLICS does not control your wallet, initiate transactions from your wallet or control blockchain confirmation times and network fees.

6. Manual payment review

Creating a Payment ID does not mean that payment has been received or approved.

After sending USDT, you must:

Select I Have Paid for the correct request.
Contact NETLICS Support through an official support channel.
Provide the correct Payment ID.
Attach the requested payment information or screenshot.

A screenshot is supporting information only. NETLICS may compare the request against activity visible in the public receiving wallet, including the asset, amount, network, receiving address, transaction time and confirmation information.

A request may be marked as:

Awaiting payment.
Awaiting manual review.
Completed.
Requires attention.
Expired.

Completed means that NETLICS has accepted the payment request after review. Membership access or private-community instructions may still require a separate manual delivery step.

NETLICS may request additional information when a transfer is unclear, duplicated, incomplete or inconsistent with the payment request.

7. Payment mistakes

You are responsible for losses, fees or delays caused by:

Sending an incorrect asset.
Using an unsupported network.
Sending to an incorrect address.
Sending an incorrect amount.
Using an expired or unrelated payment request.
Failing to provide the correct Payment ID when contacting Support.

NETLICS may attempt to assist but does not guarantee that incorrectly transferred cryptocurrency can be recovered, credited or refunded.

Never send NETLICS a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, wallet password, exchange password or authentication code.

8. Patreon memberships

NETLICS may also offer membership or support options through its official Patreon page.

Patreon independently manages its platform, checkout, billing methods, billing cycles, cancellations, refunds and payment information. Your use of Patreon is governed by Patreon’s current terms, privacy policy and other applicable platform policies.

A Patreon payment does not automatically create, link or update a NETLICS website account unless NETLICS expressly provides and confirms that connection.

Questions concerning Patreon billing, cancellation or platform access should generally be handled through Patreon or the relevant Patreon account tools.

NETLICS does not receive your full Patreon payment credentials.

9. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by NETLICS, payments are generally non-refundable after membership access, private-community access, access instructions or another substantial membership benefit has been provided.

Refund requests may be refused in circumstances including:

The member has already received or used the applicable benefit.
Private access instructions, links or invitations have been delivered.
The account has violated these Terms.
The payment was sent through an unsupported network or to an incorrect address.
The request concerns dissatisfaction with content already accessed.
The member failed to review the payment information before transferring cryptocurrency.

NETLICS may consider refund requests individually. Approved refunds may be reduced by blockchain, payment-platform or transaction fees where permitted by law.

Patreon billing, cancellation and refund matters are also subject to Patreon’s current policies and support processes.

10. Private communities and access links

Private group links, invitations, credentials and access instructions are confidential.

You may not:

Publish or redistribute a private link or invitation.
Invite unauthorized users.
Sell or transfer access to a NETLICS community.
Share protected content obtained from a private community.
Circumvent a ban, suspension or access restriction.

NETLICS may replace private links, remove members, change access procedures or move to another community platform when reasonably necessary for security or operation.

Private-community access may depend on third-party services such as Telegram. NETLICS cannot guarantee the permanent availability of a third-party platform or account.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use NETLICS for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to access another user’s account.
Interfere with website security, performance or availability.
Upload malware, malicious code or harmful files.
Scrape, copy or monitor the service through automated means without permission.
Attempt to bypass membership or access restrictions.
Impersonate NETLICS, its staff or another user.
Harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully target another person.
Use NETLICS content to facilitate illegal activity.
Submit fraudulent payment claims or altered payment evidence.

12. Intellectual property

The NETLICS name, logo, interface, written material, design, organization and original website elements are owned by or licensed to the NETLICS operator unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms, NETLICS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial right to access the service and content made available to you.

You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit protected NETLICS elements without authorization.

Third-party names, images, trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Copyright and content-removal requests

NETLICS respects intellectual-property rights.

A copyright owner or authorized representative may submit a content-removal request through the Copyright / Content Removal page or an official contact channel.

A request should identify:

The protected work.
The content or URL in question.
The requester’s authority to act.
Accurate contact information.
A good-faith statement supporting the request.

NETLICS may remove or restrict content while a request is reviewed.

False, misleading or abusive claims may be rejected and may result in account restrictions where appropriate.

14. Third-party services and links

NETLICS may link to or use third-party services including Patreon, Telegram, blockchain explorers, wallets, exchanges, hosting providers and social platforms.

NETLICS does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their:

Availability.
Security.
Content.
Privacy practices.
Account restrictions.
Fees, billing decisions or technical failures.

Use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms, policies and technical requirements.

15. Service availability and changes

NETLICS may update, replace, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

NETLICS does not guarantee that:

Every page or item of content will always be available.
Every category or collection will receive continuous updates.
A particular community platform will be used permanently.
Every feature or membership benefit will remain unchanged.
The service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, platform restrictions, payment-network conditions or legal requirements may affect availability.

Where practical, NETLICS may communicate material changes that significantly affect paid membership access.

16. Suspension and termination

NETLICS may restrict, suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes that a user has:

Violated these Terms.
Shared an account, private link or invitation.
Submitted a fraudulent payment claim.
Redistributed protected content.
Created a security, operational or legal risk.
Abused NETLICS staff, users or support channels.

NETLICS may act immediately where necessary to protect accounts, payment records, content, users or the service.

Where appropriate, NETLICS may request additional information before restoring access.

Account termination does not automatically delete records that may be retained for payment review, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimer

NETLICS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

NETLICS does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of specific content, compatibility with every device, successful operation of every third-party service or that all information will always be complete or current.

Nothing on NETLICS constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice.

You access adult-oriented content, external platforms and cryptocurrency payment tools at your own discretion and responsibility.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NETLICS and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from:

Use or inability to use the service.
Loss of account or community access.
Unsupported, incorrect or delayed cryptocurrency transfers.
Third-party platform failures or restrictions.
Unauthorized account or link sharing.
Removal from a private community.
Reliance on content or information published through the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Privacy

Use of NETLICS is also subject to the NETLICS Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how account, payment-reference, analytics, support and technical information may be collected, used, retained and shared.

20. Changes to these Terms

NETLICS may update these Terms to reflect operational, security, legal, payment or service changes.

The Effective date and Last updated date at the beginning of this page will be revised when material changes are published.

Where practical, NETLICS may provide notice of material changes through the website or another appropriate channel.

Continued use of NETLICS after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Applicable law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights, remedies or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
