NETLICS INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026
Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Netlics Company, operating NETLICS from the United States (“NETLICS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores and protects information when you access the NETLICS website, create or use an account, submit a payment request, use membership-related features or contact NETLICS Support.

NETLICS serves a global audience. The website may use hosting infrastructure located in Hong Kong, and information may also be processed in the United States and in other locations where service providers operate.

By using NETLICS, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create or use a NETLICS account, we may collect or store:

  • Username.
  • Email address.
  • Display name.
  • A password hash managed through the WordPress authentication system.
  • WordPress account role and account settings.
  • Account creation and update timestamps.
  • Password-reset and authentication records required to operate account features.

NETLICS administrators cannot view your account password in plain text. Do not send your password to NETLICS Support.

Payment-request information

When you create a manual USDT payment request, NETLICS may store:

  • Payment ID.
  • The NETLICS account associated with the request.
  • Selected membership tier.
  • Required payment amount.
  • Accepted cryptocurrency and network.
  • The public receiving-wallet address shown in the request.
  • Payment-request creation time.
  • The time you selected I Have Paid.
  • Current review status.
  • Completion time, where applicable.
  • Internal administrative review notes.

NETLICS does not ask you to provide a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, exchange password, wallet password or authentication code.

Support communications

When you contact NETLICS Support, you may voluntarily provide:

  • Your NETLICS username.
  • Payment ID.
  • Payment screenshot.
  • Telegram username.
  • Email address.
  • Relevant page URL.
  • Messages and information needed to review or resolve your request.

Payment screenshots sent through Telegram are handled through Telegram rather than uploaded directly to the NETLICS website.

Do not send NETLICS or its support staff your password, private key, seed or recovery phrase, wallet password, exchange password or one-time authentication code.

Website activity and first-party analytics

NETLICS may record aggregated first-party activity such as:

  • Article views.
  • Membership-page views.
  • Search terms entered on NETLICS.
  • Clicks on membership links.
  • Clicks leading to Patreon or Telegram.
  • General CTA-location statistics.

The current NETLICS analytics design is intended not to store raw IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, WordPress account IDs in analytics counters or detailed individual browsing histories.

These analytics are used to understand which pages and features are useful and to improve website organization and performance.

Technical information

The website, hosting provider and security systems may temporarily process technical information required to deliver, maintain and protect the service, including:

  • Request timestamps.
  • Requested URLs.
  • HTTP response information.
  • Server, application, error and security logs.
  • Approximate network information processed by the server or hosting provider.
  • Information needed to detect abuse, unauthorized access or technical failures.

2. How we use information

NETLICS may use information to:

  • Create, manage and authenticate accounts.
  • Provide profile and password-recovery functions.
  • Display account and payment-request history.
  • Generate and manage Payment IDs.
  • Review manual USDT payment requests.
  • Provide membership and private-community access instructions.
  • Respond to support, account, payment, content and copyright inquiries.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized account sharing or security incidents.
  • Protect NETLICS, its users and its infrastructure.
  • Diagnose technical errors.
  • Improve content organization, user experience and website performance.
  • Enforce the Terms of Use and other applicable policies.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and lawful requests.

Where required by applicable law, NETLICS processes information on one or more legal grounds, which may include performing a requested service, protecting legitimate operational and security interests, complying with legal obligations or obtaining consent where required.

NETLICS does not sell personal information to advertisers.

3. Cookies and local storage

NETLICS uses necessary cookies and browser storage for website functions.

WordPress authentication cookies may be used to:

  • Sign users in.
  • Maintain authenticated sessions.
  • protect account and administrative actions.
  • Remember login-related preferences.

Disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using account features.

NETLICS also uses browser localStorage for limited first-party functions, including:

  • Remembering age confirmation for approximately 30 days on the same browser and device.
  • Reducing repeated counting of the same first-party analytics event within a limited period, such as the same day.

Clearing browser data, changing browsers or changing devices may remove these local settings.

NETLICS does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral-advertising trackers. If advertising, additional analytics or other third-party tracking services are introduced, this Privacy Policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those services are enabled.

4. USDT payments

NETLICS uses a manual USDT payment-request and review process.

The NETLICS website may:

  • Display a public receiving-wallet address.
  • Create an internal Payment ID.
  • Store the selected membership tier and required amount.
  • Store the configured cryptocurrency and network.
  • Record payment-report and review status.
  • Allow authorized administrators to review the request.

The NETLICS website does not:

  • Store your wallet private key.
  • Initiate transactions from your wallet.
  • Control your wallet or exchange account.
  • Request your seed phrase, recovery phrase or wallet password.

When you report a payment, authorized NETLICS administrators may compare the request with activity visible in the public receiving wallet and with information you voluntarily provide to Support.

Blockchain transactions are recorded on public distributed networks. Information published to a blockchain may remain publicly accessible independently of NETLICS and generally cannot be changed or deleted by NETLICS.

5. Internal review notes

Authorized administrators may add private operational notes to a payment request, including notes about:

  • Whether the receiving wallet was checked.
  • Whether the amount and network matched the request.
  • Whether Support received a payment screenshot.
  • Whether access instructions were sent.
  • Whether additional information is required.
  • Whether a request requires further review.

Internal review notes are not displayed in the member account area and are intended to be accessible only to authorized administrators.

6. Patreon

When you choose the Patreon route, you leave NETLICS and interact directly with Patreon.

Patreon independently manages its accounts, checkout, payment methods, billing records, cookies, membership activity and privacy practices.

NETLICS does not receive your complete Patreon payment-card details or Patreon password.

Opening or joining through Patreon does not automatically link your Patreon account to a NETLICS website account unless NETLICS later introduces and clearly discloses a separate account-linking process.

Information Patreon makes available to creators may depend on Patreon’s settings, policies and membership tools. Review Patreon’s current privacy and legal policies before providing information or completing payment.

7. Telegram

NETLICS may use Telegram for:

  • Payment support.
  • Receiving payment screenshots.
  • Payment ID review.
  • Membership questions.
  • Private-community access instructions.
  • Private-group invitations or other member communications.

When you open Telegram or communicate through Telegram, Telegram processes information under its own policies and service settings.

NETLICS does not control Telegram’s independent storage, security, account or data-retention practices.

Only communicate with the official NETLICS support account or channel listed on the NETLICS website. Do not post Payment IDs, screenshots or private account information in a public Telegram channel.

8. Information sharing and service providers

NETLICS may disclose or make information available only where reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and host the website.
  • Provide requested account, payment or membership support.
  • Maintain email, security, backup and infrastructure services.
  • Investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.
  • Protect users, administrators or the service.
  • Respond to lawful requests.
  • Enforce applicable terms and policies.
  • Complete a business transfer, restructuring or service migration subject to appropriate safeguards.

Relevant service providers may include website hosting, email delivery, security, backup, Patreon and Telegram providers, depending on the feature you use.

NETLICS does not authorize service providers to use account or payment-request information for unrelated advertising.

Public blockchain information may be independently available to anyone using a blockchain explorer.

9. Data retention

NETLICS retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service operation, account administration, payment review, support, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, record keeping and legal compliance.

Retention considerations may include:

  • Active account information may be retained while the account remains open or in use.
  • Payment requests and related review records may be retained for transaction history, support, fraud prevention, disputes and record keeping.
  • Completed payment records may be retained while access remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.
  • Support communications and internal notes may be retained while a request, dispute or operational issue remains unresolved and for a reasonable follow-up period.
  • Security and server logs may be retained for a limited period based on operational and hosting requirements.
  • Deleted or changed information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten or securely retired.

Retention periods may vary by record type and may be extended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.

10. Account deletion and data requests

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may request:

  • Access to eligible personal information associated with your account.
  • Correction of inaccurate account information.
  • Deletion of eligible personal information.
  • Export of eligible personal information.
  • Information about how your data is used.
  • Other rights available under applicable privacy law.

NETLICS may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

WordPress provides administrative tools for certain personal-data export and erasure requests. Custom NETLICS payment records, internal review notes and support information may require separate manual review and may not be automatically included in every WordPress export or erasure action.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, payment records, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, enforcement of the Terms of Use or protection against repeated abuse.

Deleting a NETLICS account does not remove information permanently recorded on a public blockchain or information independently stored by Patreon, Telegram or another third-party provider.

Submit privacy or account-deletion requests through the contact methods in Section 16.

11. Security

NETLICS uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including:

  • WordPress authentication and password hashing.
  • Role-based administrative access.
  • Nonce protection for sensitive website actions.
  • Restricted access to payment-review information.
  • Server-side validation.
  • HTTPS on the production website.
  • Software and plugin maintenance.
  • Backup and security controls appropriate to the hosting environment.

No website, server, database or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for:

  • Using a strong and unique password.
  • Protecting access to your email account.
  • Avoiding password reuse.
  • Keeping private-group links confidential.
  • Signing out on shared devices.
  • Reporting suspected account compromise.
  • Never sharing private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases or authentication codes.

12. Adult users only

NETLICS is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority required in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

NETLICS does not knowingly offer accounts or membership services to minors.

The NETLICS age gate is a browser-based self-declaration and is not identity verification or jurisdiction-specific age assurance.

If NETLICS becomes aware that an ineligible minor has provided personal information, the relevant account and eligible information may be removed or restricted, subject to applicable law and record-retention requirements.

13. International users and cross-border processing

NETLICS is operated under the name Netlics Company from the United States and serves users globally.

The production website may use hosting infrastructure located in Hong Kong. Information may also be processed in the United States and in other countries where NETLICS service providers, Patreon, Telegram, email providers or infrastructure providers operate.

These countries may have privacy and data-protection laws that differ from those in your place of residence.

Where required by applicable law, NETLICS will use reasonable measures intended to protect information transferred across borders. Use of NETLICS does not remove any privacy rights that apply to you under mandatory law.

14. Third-party links and services

NETLICS may contain links to Patreon, Telegram, blockchain explorers, wallet providers, social networks and other external content or community platforms.

NETLICS does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy, security, availability or content practices of third-party services.

Review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party service before providing personal information, creating an account or completing a payment.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

NETLICS may update this Privacy Policy when website functionality, service providers, payment processes, support practices, hosting, analytics or legal requirements change.

The Last updated date at the beginning of this page will be revised when material changes are published.

Where required by applicable law, NETLICS may provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.

Continued use of NETLICS after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated practices to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Include enough information for NETLICS to identify the relevant account or request, such as your username, account email, Payment ID or relevant page URL. Do not send:

NETLICS aims to respond within 12-24 hours, although complex privacy, payment or account requests may require additional time.
