NETLICS INFORMATION

Copyright / Content Removal

Effective date: August 5, 2026
Last updated: August 5, 2026

NETLICS respects intellectual-property rights and reviews properly submitted reports concerning material made available through this website.

For this page, “NETLICS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the NETLICS service, using the public-facing name Netlics Company.

This page explains how copyright owners, authorized representatives, people affected by private or sensitive material, and other relevant parties may request review, restriction, correction, or removal of specific content.

Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate removal. NETLICS may review the information provided, request clarification, temporarily restrict access, preserve relevant records, or take another reasonable action.

1. Scope of this process

You may use this process to report:

  • Alleged copyright infringement.
  • Unauthorized use of photographs, videos, artwork, written material, logos, or other protected assets.
  • Content published without appropriate authorization.
  • Private, personally identifying, or privacy-sensitive material.
  • Impersonation, misleading attribution, or incorrect credit.
  • Broken, incorrect, duplicated, or technically unavailable content.
  • Other specific material that you reasonably believe NETLICS should review.

For account, payment, or membership assistance, use the Help Center or Telegram Support instead.

2. Copyright-removal requests

A copyright-removal request should include enough information for NETLICS to identify the protected work, locate the reported material, understand the basis of the claim, and contact the requester.

Please provide:

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your email address or another reliable method of contact.
  3. The name of the copyright owner.
  4. A statement explaining whether you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
  5. A description of the copyrighted work.
  6. The exact NETLICS URL containing the reported material.
  7. A description of the specific image, video, text, or other material at issue.
  8. Information supporting your ownership or authority.
  9. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  10. A statement that the information in the report is accurate.
  11. A statement, made under penalty of perjury where required by applicable law, that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
  12. Your physical or electronic signature.

NETLICS may request additional information required to evaluate the report or comply with applicable law.

3. Exact URLs are required

Provide the precise URL of each page containing the material you want NETLICS to review.

Example:

https://netlics.com/example-post/

Do not provide only:

  • The NETLICS homepage.
  • A category name without a URL.
  • A screenshot without identifying the page.
  • A general statement that an entire website or category is infringing.

When multiple items are involved, provide a clear list of URLs and identify the material associated with each URL.

4. Supporting information

Supporting information may include:

  • A link to the original publication.
  • A registration, license, or ownership record.
  • A source file or publication date.
  • A statement from the rights owner.
  • Evidence that you are authorized to represent the owner.
  • A comparison identifying the specific material in question.

Do not send NETLICS:

  • Account passwords.
  • Private keys.
  • Seed or recovery phrases.
  • Wallet credentials.
  • Authentication codes.
  • Unnecessary identity documents.
  • Sensitive personal information unrelated to the report.

NETLICS may request additional information when the original submission is incomplete or unclear.

7. Review process

After receiving a sufficiently complete report, NETLICS may:

  • Confirm receipt of the report.
  • Review the identified page and material.
  • Request clarification or supporting information.
  • Consider relevant permissions, licenses, exceptions, or evidence of misidentification.
  • Temporarily restrict access while the matter is reviewed.
  • Remove, replace, correct, or restore the reported material.
  • Contact the publisher or relevant account holder.
  • Reject an incomplete, unsupported, misleading, or abusive request.
  • Preserve relevant records where necessary for security, disputes, or legal obligations.

NETLICS aims to handle credible reports reasonably and in good faith. Review time may vary depending on the number of URLs, complexity of the claim, and information supplied.

8. Response from an affected publisher or account holder

A person affected by a removal or restriction may contact NETLICS and provide:

  • The affected URL.
  • An explanation of their rights or authorization.
  • Supporting licenses, permissions, ownership information, or applicable exceptions.
  • Details showing that the report identified the wrong material.
  • A request for correction or restoration.

NETLICS may reconsider a restriction where sufficient supporting information is provided.

Restoration is not guaranteed. NETLICS may keep material unavailable where there is unresolved legal risk, insufficient evidence, a platform requirement, or a violation of the Terms of Use.

9. Privacy and personal-content reports

To report personally identifying, private, or sensitive material, provide:

  • The exact NETLICS URL.
  • A description of the affected material.
  • An explanation of how you are connected to the material.
  • The specific action requested.
  • A reliable method for NETLICS to contact you.

Do not send additional sensitive information unless NETLICS specifically requests it and it is necessary to evaluate the report.

10. Technical and accuracy reports

This page may also be used to report:

  • Broken images or pages.
  • Incorrect credits, titles, or descriptions.
  • Duplicate posts.
  • Broken external links.
  • Content displayed under the wrong category.
  • Other technical or editorial problems.

For these reports, include:

Affected URL
Description of the problem
Device or browser, when relevant
Screenshot, when useful
Expected correction

11. False or abusive reports

Do not submit reports that:

  • Intentionally misrepresent ownership or authority.
  • Target lawful content without a reasonable basis.
  • Contain fabricated or altered evidence.
  • Are intended to harass another person.
  • Attempt to obtain confidential account information.
  • Include malware, phishing links, or harmful attachments.
  • Repeatedly report the same issue after a final response without new information.

NETLICS may reject abusive reports and restrict access to its support channels where necessary.

Knowingly submitting false statements in a formal legal notice may have legal consequences. NETLICS may preserve relevant communications where fraud, abuse, or litigation is reasonably anticipated.

12. No admission of liability

Reviewing, restricting, correcting, restoring, or removing material does not constitute an admission that NETLICS or another party has violated copyright, privacy, contract, or another legal right.

NETLICS may take action as a precautionary, operational, security, or risk-management measure.

13. Repeat violations

NETLICS may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious violations, including:

  • Repeated unauthorized redistribution.
  • Repeated publication of material without permission.
  • Circumvention of previous restrictions.
  • Fraudulent ownership claims.
  • Abuse of private-community content.
  • Serious violations of the Terms of Use.

14. Third-party platforms

Some material or communications may be hosted or processed through third-party services such as Telegram, Patreon, social-media platforms, external media hosts, search engines, or blockchain services.

NETLICS can act only on material it controls.

For content hosted by another service, you may also need to contact that service directly through its own reporting process.

15. Applicable rights and procedures

Copyright, privacy, platform-liability, and removal procedures differ between countries.

This page describes NETLICS’s operational reporting process. It does not replace rights or remedies available under applicable law, and it does not imply that every report is governed by United States law or the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

NETLICS may request or provide additional information where required by applicable law.
