NETLICS INFORMATION

18+ Notice

NETLICS is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age required to access adult-oriented material in their location.

For this notice, “NETLICS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the NETLICS service, using the public-facing name Netlics Company.

1. Adults only

By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing access to, or otherwise using NETLICS, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have reached the legal age of majority and any higher minimum age required to access adult-oriented material in your location.
  • You are legally permitted to access this website and its content.
  • You are accessing NETLICS voluntarily and for your own lawful, personal use.
  • Your access does not violate any law, regulation, court order, employment rule, institutional policy, or other restriction applicable to you.

You must leave the website immediately if any of these statements is not true.

2. Age confirmation

NETLICS may display an age-confirmation screen before allowing access to the website.

By selecting “I am 18 or older,” you declare that you satisfy the requirements in this notice. The current age-confirmation screen is a self-declaration control and does not independently verify your identity or legal age.

A confirmation timestamp may be stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days so that the screen does not appear on every visit. Clearing browser data, using another browser or device, or using private-browsing mode may cause the screen to appear again.

NETLICS may introduce, change, or remove age-assurance measures where reasonably necessary for safety, platform requirements, or applicable law.

3. Restricted access

Do not use NETLICS if:

  • You are under 18.
  • You have not reached the legal age required in your location.
  • Adult-oriented material is prohibited where you live or access the service.
  • You are using the website from a school, workplace, public facility, shared device, or another environment where access is restricted or inappropriate.
  • You do not agree to this notice or the Terms of Use.

The availability of NETLICS in a particular location does not mean that access is lawful or appropriate there.

4. Protection of minors

NETLICS is not directed to minors and does not knowingly permit minors to access restricted areas of the service.

You must not:

  • Create an account on behalf of a minor.
  • Provide login credentials, membership access, or restricted material to a minor.
  • Display restricted material where minors can reasonably view it.
  • Use NETLICS to contact, exploit, groom, endanger, or otherwise harm a minor.
  • Misrepresent your age or help another person bypass an age-related restriction.

Suspected exploitation or abuse involving minors may result in immediate account restriction or termination and may be reported to the appropriate service provider or authority where required or reasonably necessary.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, regulations, and access restrictions that apply to you.

NETLICS does not determine whether adult-oriented material is lawful or appropriate in every country, state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction.

NETLICS may restrict access, remove material, suspend accounts, or block particular locations where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, risk management, or service operations.

6. Content and external services

NETLICS may provide editorial material, visual previews, selected releases, collection information, community updates, and links or references to third-party services.

Third-party websites and platforms operate independently and may apply their own age controls, terms, privacy policies, payment rules, and content standards.

NETLICS does not control content hosted by third parties. Review the applicable third-party terms before using an external service.

7. Privacy and device storage

The age-confirmation timestamp described in Section 2 is stored on your device through browser local storage.

Do not submit identity documents or other sensitive personal information unless NETLICS specifically requests them through an official channel and explains why they are necessary.

8. Relationship to other terms

This notice supplements the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not satisfy this notice, you are not authorized to access or use NETLICS.

Continued access after this notice is updated constitutes acceptance of the revised notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.
